🛥️ What looks like a speedboat, is in fact my artwork, that was used to “decentralize” and shift my perspective around a certain coaching topic to enhance creative thinking and problem solving.

Often smart solutions are not found in one place but across a spectrum. Methods like this enable leaders to widen their perspective, break free from the existing and come up with unexpected solutions.

Apart from such creative methods I expended my leadership coaching horizon by using AI at ZHdK Zürcher Hochschule der Künste‘s Winter School in the Module “Creative Coaching – Developing Potential and Self-Reflection with AI”.

Fascinating!
