With great joy, I finished an AI x Design Thinking course at IDEO U.

Excited about my new prompting skills, I realized that 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀. AI is often based on data and learning sets anchored in the past. If we rely on this data alone, we will end up running in circles or generating abstract solutions that are hard to implement.

𝗧𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

At last weeks Inner Development Goals Summit, from Life Calling nicely said: "I am pro-tech, but I am pro-human first." I couldn’t agree more. For me, AI is a powerful tool, but it doesn’t solve our future challenges on its own - eventually, we have to address them through real-world actions.

That's why at BureauxSchachenmann we have offerings for leaders and organizations on how to elevate consciousness and enhance creativity to create a purposeful future. Sometimes with, sometimes without AI, but always with the power of being human.
