Conscious Connected Breathwork - A360º approach for mental clarity, emotional resilience, physical vitality, and spiritual connection.
Conscious ConnectedBreathing (CCB) is a form of holotropic breathwork, originally developed in the 1960s by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof. The term holotropic comes from the Greek words holos (whole) and trepein (moving toward), meaning “moving toward wholeness.” This reflects CCB’s ability to integrate different dimensions of well-being - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
It has been scientifically linked to health benefits such as slowing heart and breathing rates, lowering blood pressure, improving oxygen delivery to blood and cells, aiding digestion, and helping eliminate fat and toxins and by that supporting longevity. CCB helps the body process emotions, clear mental blocks, and strengthen physical resilience - allowing you to live with greater energy, clarity, and connection.
Why Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gateway to holistic well-being, offering a 360º approach that integrates mental clarity, emotional resilience, physical vitality, and spiritual connection. By engaging in this practice, you activate your body's natural healing capacity and, through the enhanced mind-body connection, cultivate a deeper awareness of yourself. Breath is more than a function to keep you alive - it isa tool for transformation, helping you move toward wholeness and balance.

How does it work?
CCB works through a dynamic breathing pattern - focusing on a full, conscious inhale and a soft, shorter exhale. It activates different areas of the brain and body than in everyday breathing, allowing body awareness, emotions, and memory to emerge and bringing you into altered states of consciousness where your inner wisdom activates it sown healing and transformational power. In a safe and supported space, the breath naturally leads you to the aspects of yourself that are ready to be processed - allowing profound insight and growth. As a result, it enhances mental focus, emotional release, physical health, and spiritual insight.
