British Land intends to add various functions and content to their Broadgate development, initially conceived as a large business quarter.

In order to reactivate the site and make it a unique and attractive location for East and West London’s urban crowd, as well as for tourists. The new content element will act as a catalyst for change and put Broadgate on a sweet spot within London’s many developments.

BureauxSchachenmann was in charge of the rational/background, idea and description – including content elements, target audiences, positioning, operations and identification of specialists and partners needed for further project developments – within a collaborative doability study for an art platform led by arthesia.
